The company eventually pivoted to cloud-based solutions providers like 8x8, Cisco, Dialpad, Nice, Five9 - and a lot more.

Over the last couple of years, Brookside added cloud-based emergency event management & mass notification, credit card processing & POS solutions along with enterprise wired & wi-fi networks and several flavors of SD WAN.
